I had paid a deposit for my car and caught the train to Wolverhampton when I asked them for the address to pre book my taxi, they offered to pick me up from station, which they did.

I literally only run on reviews so I was a little reluctant to use this dealers as did not have many reviews but after travelling down from Southampton I have to be honest I’m so glad I went down, the showroom is so posh and professional, lovely people really go out there way and very upfront and honest.

Brilliant customer service owner was lovely. We brought a very low mileage car for a great price. Was worth travelling from London. Have had major problems with car salesman before but these guys were amazing. Very welcoming and friendly. Even sent us a message once we arrived in London asking about our journey back and how the car was. I can't thank them enough. Recently purchased a Vauxhall Corsa from Elite Autohaus recently and was thoroughly impressed with the service provided from start to finish and have been consistently using the vehicle for the last few months since with no problems. Their show room of cars were kept in great condition and very well presented. From arranging the viewing, to putting down the deposit and receiving the car within a two day turnaround down, was nothing short of exceptional customer service, both in person and on the phone. They also arranged and delivered my car to my address across the UK, on time, and provided me with my own new private plates for fitting. Would thoroughly recommend purchasing cars through them.

Great Car Sales Experience
I visited Elite Autohaus earlier this week, and what a pleasure. This is a family run business, Zara was delightful, I had a test drive in the car I was interested in, agreed a very fair part exchange on my current car. I am generally not one for reviews, but I feel this one is most definitely merited. As of 2 November we were in the market for a bigger car to suit our family needs and that’s when we came across our soon to be ford Kuga. We dealt with Zara from start to present, Despite a number of hiccups, from the paperwork, to banking issues. Elite Autohaus couldn’t of been anymore helpful, or attentive to resolve things as quickly as humanly possible. The whole buying experience was totally different to the “norm”, and I can honestly say, that despite the hiccups, the sales journey from start to end.puts larger dealerships to shame, lThanks again, we hope you go from strength to strength as it’s certainly deserved!
